Why have an on-site massage? In the work place: On-site massage is a special technique of accupressure massage that relieves stress and strain but leaves you feeling refreshed and invigorated rather than relaxed and drowsy. Stress has become common place in today's hectic workplace. In 2004 to 2005 alone it was estimated that nearly 12.8 billion work days were lost in the UK due to work related stress. Companies are realising that they need to take steps to manage stress in their work force and re-address the work-life balance. On-site massage is the perfect way to demonstrate this commitment to your staff. In short, it's a great way to thank your staff for all their hard work, it's a low cost service but has an incredibly high perceived value amongst staff who have received our services as a 'thank-you' from their employer. If you regularly hold exhibitions, you will know how difficult it can be sometimes to stand out and draw the crowds. Our on-site massage service is a real crowd puller. People stop and ask 'what is happening', giving you and your sales people the perfect opportunity to start a conversation. Plus its' small 'foot print' means it doesn't take up too much of your valuable exhibition space. You are seated, fully clothed, in an ergonomically designed massage chair. Our skilled practitioner then uses a variety of techniques to stimulate pressure points in your neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands. The intention is to gently massage these points to encourage circulation thus exciting your nervous system to leave you feeling relaxed, stress free but full of energy. A professionally applied on-site massage can reduce stress levels, soothe tension headaches and alleviate muscular aches and pains leaving you and your co-workers both relaxed and revitalised.
